Preparation
- 1. Remove a packet of chapatti from the freezer (Do not defrost as this may make dough too sticky)
- 2. Peel the plastic layers from a chapatti and place chapatti on a preheated frying pan
- 3. Pan fry for 1 to 2 minutes (Use non-stick frying pan and no oil is needed)
- 4. Gently press chapatti then turn over and pan fry until it gets fluffy
