- • Egg Fried Rice:
- 1. Put rice and water into the rice cooker and cook till almost done
- 2. Crack the eggs into a bowl
- 3. Add a pinch of salt and half the spring onions into the eggs and scramble until set
- 4. Remove and set aside
- 5. Heat the remaining oil and stir fry remaining spring onions and green peas for 30 seconds
- 6. Add cooked rice and stir fry till grains separate
- 7. Add egg, light soya sauce and salt continue to stir fry till all ingredients are well blended
- 8. Serve hot
