PREPARATION

  • Cooking method:
  • 1. Mix Golden Chef Singapore Rendang Paste (220g), lime leaves (3 pieces), turmeric leaves (10g) and lemongrass (1 piece) in a pot and stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute
  • 2. Add in chicken meat (500g) and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked
  • 3. Add water and simmer for 15 minutes
  • 4. Ready to serve

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in a cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours
  • • Once heated, use immediately
