PREPARATION
- Directions:
- 1. Coat meat or seafood in plain flour
- 2. Dip into a mixture of beaten egg, 2 - 3 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3. Roll in Obento Panko Breadcrumbs
- 4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
