With the Reer SilentGuard in place, most loud noises such as fireworks or a car honking nearby (over 100 decibels) can be reduced to a harmless level (under 80 decibels). The headband is adjustable to your childs head, making it possible for the ear muffs to grow with your child (It fits most teens even adults). The inner surface of the headband is padded for very greater comfort. The ear capsules can also be folded inwards and tucked into the headband making it extremely compact and easy to bring around.
