PREPARATION
How to use:
- Preheat oven to 175C
- Spread nuts out evenly on a baking sheet
- If nuts were refrigerated, make sure you allow the nuts to come up to room temperature before baking.
- Bake for 5 minutes before taking out to stir.
- Continue baking for 3 minutes before checking for doneness.
- If still undone, continue baking for another 3 minutes.
- Nuts are done when they brown and smell nutty.
- Cool on a separate tray before storing in an airtight container
