PREPARATION
- • Microwave:
- 1. Place 250g of frozen peas in a microwave-proof dish
- 2. Do not add water
- 3. Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes
- 3. Stir and cook for a further 2 minutes
- 4. Drain and serve
- • Stove Top:
- 1. Add frozen peas to rapidly boiling water
- 2. Bring to boil again and simmer for approximately 2 minutes
- 3. Drain and serve
