PREPARATION
- • Stove top:
- 1. Add frozen veges to rapidly boiling water
- 2. Bring to boil again and simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Drain and serve
- • Microwave:
- 1. Place frozen mixed veges in a microwave proof dish. Do not add water
- 2. Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes
- 3. Stir and cook for a further 1-2 minutes
STORAGE INFORMATION
- • Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder
- • Do not thaw before cooking
- • Do not refreeze once thawed
