Salt
1 pinch
Vanilli Powder
1 pinch
Pandan Leaf
1 piece
Egg Yolks
35 g
RedMan Fine Sugar
20 g
Vanilla Essence
2 drops
Cake Flour
120 g
Baking Soda
14 tsp
Baking Powder
18 tsp
Sunflower Oil
50 g

How to cook

Start cooking

  • In a pot cook water, brown sugar, fine sugar, salt, vanilli powder, pandan leaf until boil & set aside
  • Mix egg yolk, sugar vanilla essence until ribbon stage
  • Mix step 1 to step 2 until well combine
  • Add cake flour, b.powder,b.soda & oil
  • Mix well, pour into the mould, sprinkle some sugar on top of the batter
  • Steam for 20 min or until cook, depend on your mould
