large Portobello mushrooms stalks removed | 2 |
bacon/ham/avocado (or any preferred topping) | 1 packet |
spring onion | 2 |

Salt and pepper to taste | |
Mushroom stalks, chopped | |
breadcrumbs | 3 tbsp |
thyme, chopped | 1 tbsp |
garlic, chopped | 1 tsp |
extra virgin olive oil | 3 tbsp |

How to cook
Step 1
- Mix stuffing ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil.
Step 2
- Stuff into the mushrooms.
Step 3
- Top with Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese.
Step 4
- Bake 180°C in oven for about 10mins or until top is golden brown.
Step 5
- Chef’s Tip: You may also use button mushrooms for smaller bites!
