Rice cooked, about 2 cups | 350 g |
Chicken Meat shredded | 200 g |
Eggs lightly beaten | 2 |
Spring Onion diced | 1 tbsp |
Crab Roe purchase in-store | 1 tbsp |
Seasoning | |
XO Sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
Light Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Heat up a wok with the oil. Add eggs and cook until just set. Set aside.
- In the same wok, add oil and saute chicken until done.
- Add rice, seasoning mix and eggs.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
- Sprinkle with green onion and crab roe. Serve hot & enjoy!
