Chicken Fried Rice with XO Sauce
|Cooked Rice (about 2 cups)||350 g|
|Chicken Meat (shredded)||200 g|
|Eggs (lightly beaten)||2|
|Spring Onion (diced)||1 tbsp|
|Crab Roe||1 tbsp|
|XO Sauce||1⁄4 cup|
|Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce||1 tbsp|
How to cook
- Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until just set. Set aside.
- Sauté chicken in 1 tbsp oil until done.
- Add rice, seasoning mix and eggs.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
- Sprinkle with green onion and crab roe.
