Cake Flour | 500 g |
White Sugar | 150 g |
Egg Yolk egg wash | 2 pieces |
Butter soften at room temp | 100 g |
Vegetable Oil | 200 ml |
Baking Powder | 1 tsp |
Baking Soda dissolve with 1 teaspoon water | 1 tsp |
Sesame Seeds white and black sesame seed for topping | 1 tbsp |
Egg Yolk | 2 pieces |
How to cook
Prepare
- Mix flour,baking powder,sugar
- Add egg yolk,oil,butter,baking soda and mix with spatula or hand until incorporated and form a dough
- Shape into small ball and line into baking tray (3cm apart)
- Press the cookies down to flatten it with your finger
- Brush with egg yolk, spinkle white&black sesame seed
Start baking
- Bake at preheated oven 150 degree celsius until golden brown. Pay attention to the color
