How to cook

Start cooking

  • Bring water and chicken stock to a boil.
  • Add in the blue ginger, lemongrass, shallots, green chilli padi, and sour mustard pickle greens then bring it to a boil.
  • Add in the long cabbage then cover the pot with a lid.
  • Add in the fish wings and taukwa then cover the pot with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the red tomato, lime leaves, sugar, salt, and lime juice.
  • Serve in a clay pot and garnish with Chinese celery.
