How to cook

Step 1

In a measuring cup with 50ml boiling water, add in blue pea flower. Stir and let it steep for 5 mins.

Step 2

Sieve the blue pea flower water and allow to cool for 10 mins.

Step 3

Fill a cup with ice and C.C.Lemon.
