How to cook
Step 1
  • Steep the green tea bags in hot water for 3 – 4 minutes, or even a little longer than you normally would.
Step 2
  • Pour the green tea into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2 hours.
Step 3
  • Set aside several ice cubes. Add the remaining ice cubes, fruits and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4
  • Pour the smoothie into separate glasses, add an ice cube or two into each if you like and it’s ready to drink!
