Banana or pineapples | 1⁄2 cup |
Blueberries | 1⁄2 cup |
Coconut Yogurt | 1⁄2 cup |
Almond Milk | 3⁄4 cup |
Toppings | |
Strawberries chopped | 1⁄4 cup |
Fresh Blueberries | 1⁄4 cup |
Avocado chopped | 1⁄4 cup |
Banana chopped | 1 |
Coconut Flakes | 2 tbsp |
Peanut Butter or almond butter | 2 tbsp |
Chia Seeds | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Pre-preparation
- Freeze fruits (Bananas, Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple) the night before.
- Set aside toppings to add to Acai Bowl.
- Prepare blender.
Method
- Add frozen fruits into the blender.
- Add acai powder, coconut yogurt and almond milk.
- Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
- Transfer into your favourite bowl and top with any of the toppings that you enjoy!
