How to cook

Method

  • Build this in the glass you will be using, which can be a double Old Fashioned glass or a Collins glass.
  • Muddle ginger slices, honey and lime juice in the bottom of the glass.
  • Top with the isotonic drink.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and sunflower on a lemon slice.
