Kellogg’s Lace Nibbles

Ingredients

½ cup Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Castor sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Egg
1½ cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, lightly crushed
¼ cup All purpose flour
½ tsp Salt
Cooking oil for greasing

Decoration:
Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, coarsely crushed

 

Method
  1. Beat butter, brown sugar and castor sugar on medium speed until the mixture slightly fine.
  2. Add vanilla and egg, mix thoroughly.
  3. Add Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, flour and salt. Mix well.
  4. Scoop 1 teaspoon mixture onto muffin tray greased with cooking oil.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 7 to 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool on baking tin for 5 minutes. Use a spatula to transfer the cookies onto a rack to cool completely.
