Mascarpone Cheese
750 ml
Instant Coffee

Lady Fingers
1 packet
Chocolate Powder, Garnish
3 dashes

How to cook

Start cooking

  • Using double-boiled method, melt the Whittakers 92% Cocoa Ghana Intense Dark Chocolate.
  • Whisk the whipped cream until the fluffy and stiffed peak, then add rum.

Combine the mixture

  • Mix the mascarpone cheese and Whittakers 92% Cocoa Ghana Intense Dark Chocolate. Set it in the fridge.

Coating the ladyfingers

  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture. Spread the cream onto the ladyfingers in one even layer.
  • Repeat with remaining espresso-dipped ladyfingers and cream. Dust top layer with the remaining tablespoon of cocoa powder.
