How to cook

Prepare the sugar-rimmed glass

  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon powder on a small plate.
  • Use a wedge of lime to rub the rim of a margarita glass.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in the sugar mixture.

Assemble and serve

  • Add sugar, lime juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and ice into a blender, then blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the frozen margarita mocktail into the prepared margarita glasses.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a cinnamon stick.
