Ingredients
1 pkt Simply Cook Vegetable Kit – Indian Fish Curry*
3 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pkt Instant fish curry mix
4 slices/500g Batang steak
700ml Water
250g Coconut milk
3 tbsp Sugar

Method
- Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in cooking oil till fragrant.
- Pour in instant fish curry mix and stir fry for another 2 mins.
- Add in Batang steak, potato cubes, lady’s fingers, water and let it boil for 10 mins.
- Add in coconut milk, sugar (adjust according to taste), curry leaves, and simmer for another 5 mins the dish is ready to serve.
