Ingredients

1 pkt Simply Cook Vegetable Kit – Indian Fish Curry*
3 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pkt Instant fish curry mix
4 slices/500g Batang steak
700ml Water
250g Coconut milk
3 tbsp Sugar

Method
  1. Sauté garlic, ginger and onion in cooking oil till fragrant.
  2. Pour in instant fish curry mix and stir fry for another 2 mins.
  3. Add in Batang steak, potato cubes, lady’s fingers, water and let it boil for 10 mins.
  4. Add in coconut milk, sugar (adjust according to taste), curry leaves, and simmer for another 5 mins the dish is ready to serve.
