How to cook
- Heat up the frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir-fry till the garlic is fragrant, but not browned.
- Add in kai lan and stir fry till it starts to soften.
- Add in crispy pork and seasoning.
- Stir-fry to combine well. Dish up and serve.
