Kai Lan

Garlic
minced
20 g
Chilli Padi

Oyster Sauce

Light Soy Sauce

Sugar

White Pepper
12 tsp
Water
1 tbsp

How to cook

Start cooking

  • Heat up the frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir-fry till the garlic is fragrant, but not browned.
  • Add in kai lan and stir fry till it starts to soften.
  • Add in crispy pork and seasoning.
  • Stir-fry to combine well. Dish up and serve.
