How to cook

Prepare the candy mixture

Microwave the milk and candy in a bowl for 1-2 minutes till the milk is hot then stir to melt the candy.

Start cooking

Whisk the whipping cream till soft peaks form - do not over whisk it.
Add the melted candy mixture into the soft cream and mix well.
Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
Serve the ice cream with iced gem biscuits.
