PREPARATION
- - How to make sushi rice:
- 1.Wash 3 cups of rice and drain it. Put it in your rice cooker and add 3-3/4 cups of water.
- 2.When the rice in Step 1 has finished cooking, put it in a bowl while still hot. Combine 5 tbsp of vinegar, 3tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of salt, and pour it over the rice. While fanning the rice with a paper fan, "slice"through the rice with a rice paddle as you mix it.
