- 1. Season the steak with salt and pepper
- 2. Heat a medium cast iron skillet over medium high heat
- 3. Place the steak in the middle of the skillet and cook
- 4. Reduce heat to medium low
- 5. Add butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary
- 6. Cook until desired doneness
- 7. Serve immediately
