Made from selected natural almond wood. Strong smoke intensity. Enhances food with the typical, fine, mild, sweetish nutty flavour of almond wood smoke.
How to Use?
Wrap the chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open.
Place the aluminum foil with the chips on your hot grill.
Once the chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill.
Suitable for:
Pork, beef, lamb, and venison. Our favourite wood for smoking beef.
Optimal use:
For use in charcoal grill or gas grill or smoker.
