PREPARATION

  • Cooking directions:
  • 1. Heat up water in a pot
  • 2. Add in Mee Siam paste and bring to boil
  • 3. At low heat, add coconut cream and stir well
  • 4. Add taupok and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
  • 5. Blanch beehoon and beansprouts in mee siam gravy for 10 seconds
  • 6. Portion the beehoon into individual bowl and pour hot gravy over it
  • 7. Top it off with garnishes

  • • Store in cool dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
