PREPARATION
- Cooking method:
- 1. Blanch laksa noodles (400g), fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts (100g) and 6 medium prawns in boiling water
- 2. Drain and set aside
- 3. In another pot, mix Golden Chef Singapore Laksa Paste (220g) and water (500ml), and bring it to boil
- 4. Add fish cakes (80g), bean sprouts, fried beancurd puff (40g) and prawns into laksa gravy
- 5. Simmer for 10 minutes
- 6. Place laksa noodles in a bowl and laksa gravy and garnish with laksa leaves
- 7. Ready to serve
STORAGE INFORMATION
- • Store in a cool and dry place
- • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours
- • Once heated, use immediately
