PREPARATION

  • Cooking instructions:
  • 1. Heat up water in a pot
  • 2. Add in Laksa paste
  • 3. Add laksa leaves and bring to boil
  • 4. Lower the heat, add coconut cream and stir well
  • 5. Add taupok and simmer for 10 minutes
  • 6. Blanch laksa beehoon, fish cake and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds
  • 7. Drain off the excess water
  • 8. Portion the beehoon into individual bowls
  • 9. Pour hot gravy over it
  • 10. Top it off with garnishes
  • 11. Ready to serve

  • • Store in cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
